Wedding Catering Services
Dine Delivered ™ have the perfect options for a romantic modern wedding, with a range of options to suit your venue and theme.
You could take inspiration from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and choose bowl food- smaller than a starter, larger than a canapé, these delicious morsels can be used for your drinks reception, or as part of an informal party.
Sharing platters are an increasingly popular option with couples of all ages; a variety of large platters placed in the centre of the table for guests to share, family-style. This is a great way for guests to get to know each other during the meal. Our sharing platters come on bamboo platters so they are quick and easy to serve. Or choose family sharing dishes served in their own enamel dishes for that fashionable retro vibe.
For later in the evening, Dine Delivered ™’s finger buffet options are great to keep your guests fuelled for dancing into the night! A mix of sandwiches, savoury nibbles and sweet treats to suit all tastes.
All of these options include dishes for all dietary requirements- just enter the details and our system will propose the appropriate dishes. Many dishes are ready to serve, with some requiring a little preparation on delivery.
All you need to do then is relax and enjoy the day!

Do Dine Delivered ™ cater for special diets?
Absolutely! We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets as well as allergens. We can also recommend options suitable for Kosher and Halal diets. All of our dishes have full ingredients listed on the website so you can make the perfect choices for you and your guests.
When should you book your caterer for your wedding?
Ideally you should book your wedding caterer as soon as you have fixed the day, as dates in peak season are in high demand! However at Dine Delivered ™ we offer all our menus at just 4 days notice, so if you’re planning a wedding at short notice, or have a last-minute change of plan, we should be able to help!
How much does wedding catering cost?
This really depends very much on what sort of wedding food you opt for, and how many people. Dine Delivered ™ offer simple wedding buffets from just £11 per person, prices for a three-course wedding dinner start at around £20 per person. Don’t forget to think about whether you will want staff, china and glassware- all of this can be hired on our website.
What is a wedding party dinner?
A wedding party dinner, sometimes also called a wedding breakfast or wedding reception meal, is a meal offered after the wedding ceremony has taken place. This can be at any time of day. Traditionally it would be a sit down meal, but more modern weddings could have bowl food, a buffet or a barbecue. The usual format would be drinks after the ceremony, possibly with canapés or nibbles, then a meal, then speeches.
If your wedding reception takes place in the morning or afternoon, you might then have a party in the evening as well. Evening wedding reception catering is usually less formal than the wedding party dinner, with buffet food being popular.
What drinks would complement your wedding food?
Our e-sommelier will recommend drinks for your chosen menu, and you can also add soft drinks, beers and wines for your guests. Don’t forget something fizzy for the speeches!
What is wedding bowl food?
Popularised by the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, bowl food has been on trend for a few years now. These are dishes which are larger than canapés but are smaller than starters, and are designed to be eaten standing up. It’s a great way to start your wedding party off by encouraging guests to mix and mingle. You could serve these instead of, or as well as canapés during your drinks reception; or for a more informal wedding party choose 5 or 6 options instead of a wedding buffet.
Do all wedding venues allow outside catering?
Many venues allow you to choose your own wedding caterer, but not all. Please check directly with your venue.
